Another great gem tucked away in a gas station, Joseph's Pizzeria is an eatery that you will not regret filling your tank and your belly at. Walking in and sitting down at the table you don't even realize you are in a convenience store. Like many fabulous pizzerias, the walls are hardened with bricks and the air is softened with the sweet and savory smell of serious business!
Seeing the RedWing on the menu, I thought I might try the champ. As it was laid before me the aroma was intoxicating. Grilled chicken swamped in mozzarella cheese and red peppers in a flat grill toasted wrap! The wrap was not heavy laden with sauce to make it taste better nor did it need it as the juices from the peppers were an authentic non-overpowering taste that was a slap shot to the taste buds! This wrap was an explosion of goodness that, with an abundance of fries, was a filling lunch that didn't leave me feeling as if I would be regretting the deliciousness later.
The meal was towards the high side of the Lunch box price range with it being just about $11 including drink, but not including tip for the wait staff. There were plenty of other items on the menu that would have better fit in the Lunch Box range, yet I had to go for the champ and it was worth it!
